The sounds indicative of pathology during auscultation of the heart and lungs are often very discrete and may not be detected by an untrained ear. The recognition of different sounds or abnormalities requires extensive practice.
Our simulator allows students to practice auscultation of the heart and lungs on a realistic character in Augmented Reality.
They will become familiar with the normal sounds and those of the main pathologies. After each auscultation, they are invited to make their diagnosis.
This simulator will be available by the end of June 2022.
